I was in a very dark place Also Always Feeling Down and depressed feeling insecure about my body but truth be told I love my body just wanted a little more weight and rated j really helping me a lot I’ve definitely done seen the outcome in my body changes I’m so happy and thrilled to be on this journey with rated J Thanks Again .
